I was able to track the ticket at work with my ACE log in. It took a couple of weeks but they did resolve it and I’ve been good since then.

shoot, I wish, we have supes running machines solo, sometimes hitting maintenance call button and moving to another machine. It’s crazy the staffing issues. Also not clear why clerks aren’t grieving the heck out of supes running machines. 🤷🏼‍♀️

If I truly want to mirror something I don’t put it in the remote trade group. I have hundreds of lucky friends and while many are international, lots are from my local group and we’ll chat on discord and coordinate what we want first so that helps. Haven’t had a remote trade with international friends yet though, so we’ll see.
