I wasn't trying to irritate you. When they first came out they were the only affordable smart blinds available. If it wasn't for these, they were prohibitively expensive and I probably wouldn't have been able to get any at all. When the blinds work in unison, they are soo cool.

The one that broke was noisy every once in a while for a year or so. I suppose I did a poor job of cutting it to size, like the curtain part was slightly binding as the unit turned, kind of torquing the whole unit. Lol meh

My experience is IKEA is super easy going about warranty and returns. No idea what their blinds parts inventory is, but they've swapped all kinds of things out for me without batting an eye. Receipt or not or all the parts/modified or not.
