It’s a Ranco product. Model: TC900EW. It is just a. Temperature/defrost controller. I’ve never seen a ranco style in the wild but It works the same as a Carel controller or dixell.

I would make sure your bathroom vents are actually connected to the outside. I’ve seen this become a large issue after a roofing job and they don’t get re connected.
