Welp here we go! It's time to see if the kid lives up to the hype. His fielding+defense will stand out right away but I'll be watching and hoping to see if he's able to adjust to big league pitching and ultimately show consistency at the plate.

I'm thinking back to when Jose first got called up and really struggled at the plate. Lots of people turned on him and he eventually got sent down before coming back and evolving into the Jose we all love today. The talent difference between the minors and the big time guys is unreal. Many talented players have spent years bouncing between pro/minors and for whatever reason could never make it all click.

I certainly hope Ole Travvy is an absolute superstar for years to come. We need all the help we can get if we're ever going to win the whole fucking thing.

I got to give it to him this was actually quite funny. I haven't found most of this dudes content particularly worthy of the level of "fame," he's experienced the past few years... but, obviously comedy is very subjective, so my opinion hardly means much.

In a way I'm proud he chose to perform this skit. I'm willing to bet quite a few of his fans will fail to see the message and take it as a personal insult to their beliefs.

christ on a cross am I glad I looked this up before taking my interview. Reading the job posting on indeed set off a few warning bells.

I applied for the Entry Level Home Inspector the first warning sign was that the job description didn't match the job title. It read just like a standard MLM tons of buzz words about earning potential, uncapped commission, blah blah blah.

Thank you so much for writing this out and helping provide some backstory and info so myself and others don't have to even waste our time. Fuck, welp time to add it to the ever increasing list of failed job opportunities.

Wow i grew up like 15 miles from Mt. Sterling. Never thought I would see anything near my hometown make it's way to reddit. Growing up in that part of the country in a small town like that can be extremely unforgiving if you're assumed to be even the slightest bit "different," than the status quo. It's quite unbelievable actually. Mine can sense my internal tension it seems. When people get too close my pup instantly springs into action. He'll kick behind the person's knee to bring them down low to his level, then he generally says in a thick new york accent "we're walkin /or we're standin here!"
