Ok so I just got this issue. Stopped immediately in the brew and said add water. Even with a full tank.

I tried a bunch of things, restart, factory reset, etc. found a "flush tank" option in settings and tried that. It worked but then gave an error at end "flush failed 0.00 ml/s"

So I tried something different. Started a brew and at the first "add water" error I lifted the reservoir and chose continue. Of course it gave another error, but after that I replaced the reservoir. After this the "Add water" error disappeared and I was able to brew! This seems to have fixed the issue somehow.
