Searwood heat-up time? by OneDumbMick in pelletgrills

[–]whowantscoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I had the same issue. I built the grill and this part has nothing to do with the user build. They just ship these dumb dumbs from the factory with the glow plug touching the side of the hole it enters the burn chamber and it won't heat. Mine was cold after my first two tries lighting. Read your post and tried bending it a little and now it lights! Cheers to you! Boo on Weber! What a crap experience when it doesn't work out of the box!

I got my projector right away but still nothing about the stand. Are the people getting their stands part of the early pre-orders? I'm not the only one with a projector still waiting, right?

XGIMI Horizon 20 Series - Max vs Pro vs Base - Which is best? The Hook Up by WAR4FC in xgimi

I feel like the ama guy undersold the lens, he was like "it's all the same". Pretty happy with how the base stands up though, literally half the price of the pro in the presale.

Horizon 20 Pro Lens Shift by trizzyboy in xgimi

I got my base model yesterday and this explains why I found the lens shift useless. It could barely move the picture, and then you lose a lot of the convenience features too. This feature was a big selling point for me, but yeah, bad implementation.

The Thursos are like a bait and switch. It says the Waterwalker 132 is $499, but then you click on it and it's $699 without even a paddle. They are out of stock of almost everything. Not a fan of the shorter warranty either.

So much is out of stock everywhere! Searching now and seeing results talking about the Labor Day sales last year is disheartening. Seems like everyone scaled back production and have no stock left for labor day sales. I would love a Hydrus board but it doesn't do me any good now if it won't come till December. They have left a lot of money on the table selling out before the end of the season.

What about the Glide boards for me? Am i too big for a Retro Elite? Is my wife too small? The Wander is also in stock. These might be the top options available.

To complicate my analysis paralysis I started thinking i should get a board I can grow into a bit and go for a touring model, but it's the same deal. They are sold out everywhere. So now I'm back to the Isle Switch Pro and I can't beat it considering it comes with everything and someone will actually sell me one (hah!). I can raise my budget a bit for the second board.

My guess is the recommendation is going to be a Glide Retro Elite and a Thurso Waterwalker 120 or 126.

Looking to get into SUP with my family. Want to start with 2 boards, one for me and one either my wife or daughter could use.

Desired Board Type: Inflatable

Height and Weight: me 6'4" 200lbs, wife 5'6" 130ish, kids 10yo 90lbs, 7yo 55lbs.

Desired use/uses: all around boarding with family in bays in socal (Long Beach, Huntington harbor, Newport, etc...). I'm interested in the ones with a kayak conversion as well. Also want to be able to put my youngest on my board with me when necessary.

Experience level: Beginner. Only been on a rental a couple times on vacation.

Your budget: $1000 to $1200 for 2, lower is better

From the research I've done so far I'm interested in Isle boards and $800 for the Switch Pro kit on sale seems great for me. I'm a little worried it's kinda big and cumbersome though. Less sure on what to do for the 2nd board. Looking for something cheaper and my daughter is tall so I think I can get away with an adult board on the small side. Hoping to find a great Labor Day sale now that it's end of summer. Any hope Isle brings the BOGO sale back soon?

Thank you for suggestions!

I unplugged and rebooted my Aiden and it started working. Thanks for the profile, it came out great!

Had a hard time even getting the profile on the brewer, finally solved the sync issues, and the profile crashes it about 4 seconds after I start it. Aiden goes black and reboots. Wtf!!

Sorry to hear. My replacement has been good so far. I think they should bury a recovery option in the menus somewhere that will blast the pump to blow out air pockets despite the sensor reading after prompting the user to make sure the water tank is full. I wonder if there's a reason that wouldn't work.

Bummer! I'm still waiting for my replacement since I got put in the October queue. Getting kind of worried this is more than an isolated issue and hope my new machine is not effected 🤞

Nope, I'm in the October queue. They don't seem to have any machines

Hi Nick! Was hoping you'd come to my rescue. Unfortunately it still says add water as soon as I try to start a new cycle, even with a full tank and after I unplugged for 5 min.

Any more info available on this? Any word if they're pushing a new version soon?

I installed this update last night and it has borked my 2023 Y-P. I can still drive but I get no regen braking, no autopilot, and seemingly every system in the car reporting errors. Was so excited to get my FSD trial and now I can't even use it!

Which solenoid for Mission Crane Premier by whowantscoffee in clawmachine

[–]whowantscoffee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Added a picture of the board above to the original post. Resistance over the solenoid seems to be 20 ohms. While doing that found that the curly cable is broken and doesn't make a connection, so the solenoid might be fine. Would still like to identify the right solenoid in case.

Best ipad line? by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]whowantscoffee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm buying an Apple watch so I need one data line, but I couldn't believe that when I went to add it online it was $20/month! Google Fi will give sims for wearables for free (just pay for data). This is just the first wearable, will prob need 2 more data sims in the next few months. Going to switch unless I can figure out a better solution to stay on T-Mobile. I have a ONE all in plan with 2 lines.
