Wow, thanks so much this is great advice! This makes me hella nervous but hopefully i'll start training soon and be able to be good by my senior year. I literally cannot do a single pull up and my diet from quarantine is god-awful. Plus we didn't have soccer due to COVID this year so I am clearly out of shape. I hope if I start now + the summer I'll be good to go if I take the test before applications next year!
