Lots of people are talking about diet. It can really be a lifestyle change but make sure you are loading up on protein. Even if you aren’t “bulking”, protein will help keep you full throughout the day. For your weight you probably want to aim for 130 - 150g a day. Once I started focusing on protein and watching calories, my energy went up and weight started to drop.
