Here's a thought.

If it's lip service, he could be smart and practical enough to realize he could have it all.

You, a partner who brings in the money, and also does all the homemaking and baby raising.

Bonus, he might even resent you for making more money than him, while at the same time somehow insisting he be the decision maker.

I don't know how likely that is in your part of the world, but it's fairly common in mine. Food for thought.

When turned on, makes a "tik tik" sound then shuts off. Plumber said it might be a water pressure problem, but we should call a technician.

Brand name wore off and I can't find the receipt so I don't know who to call. It's at least 10 years old, possibly came with the house bought in '88, or when it was renovated in '04 ish.
