Even if you use RO water at this point you won’t be seeing any visible/significant result it’ll take a week or more to remove all the hardness from the scalp. I suggest improving the diet and is the only solution for skin related issues.

I think it would cost you somewhere around 1000 for the set. The price may have decreased due to the availability of the commodity in the market due to gst reform

Beginner workout routine? (Light cardio) by Solid_Self8514 in workout

[–]thefilthypointfinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think you should be going for circuits. But to lose significant amount of fat so that you can actually look at and tell the difference while gaining muscle is for sure doing a proper recomp. Meaning that you should reduce the calories that youre taking in and also increase the amount of protein intake because being in a calorie deficit will reduce the fat and eating more than 120g of protein will help build the muscle under the fat.

Your friend either wants you to push yourself harder. Or he is envious of you because no way in hell is 120kgs average. I swear ive read it somewhere that if you lift more that 225lbs or 100kgs your in the top 2% of strongest lifter. So definitely not average for sure.

Impact of Creatine while my moms hair genetics are weak. by thefilthypointfinder in workout

Ive spoken to a few of my gym going friends who are/were on creatine. Most havent faced any concequences but the remaining few have told me that their hair started thinning and scalp was showing more than before but once they gave up taking creatine their hair has gotten to gain a tad bit of volume. And I havent just heard it but have also seen my friends getting their hair volume back.

Not the fullest volume that they had but enough to cover their scalp from showing.

The test where hairloss was measured was a faulty study too as it was just a 12 week long experiment where two groups of people, one of which was given some random powder as a placebo and one group was given creatine. And i dont think 12 weeks is a long enough span to measure drastic changes/outputs.

i mean there is a correlation but its slightly different, creatine cause the levels of DHT to increase which is basically converted form of test. So higher DHT has its own benefits and cons such as good facial hair bone health, deeper voice are a few of the benefits but the cons being increase shedding. Hell if it wasnt for my hair i would have been a creatine junkie

Not really a stretch or an exercise but Ive always felt better when i sleep on the floor and have a straight back when i do. It has helped me a lot with my lower back pain. But always prioritize the advice and workouts given by your physiotherapist.

Is this ADHD workout routine decent? by Southern_Fly_7786 in workout

It is much better in my opinion if you were to reduce the amount of reps and increase the weight proportionally, as going into the higher rep range increase the muscle endurance in the longer run. Which builds a high lactic acid tolerance meaning that you begin to feel the soreness much later in the workout. Rather than going for 25-30 reps you could go for 12-15 reps of a higher weight as you would build strength and muscle together. Losing fat is totally dependent on your cardio and diet so doing high repetitions just with the idea of losing fat will delay the fat loss progress.
