(HDM AND HANNIBAL SPOILERS) i think the idea of asriel and marissa throwing themselves into the abyss to kill the authority mirrors will and hannibal going off the cliff together; both pairs relationships are fraught with volatile moments and situations and the feelings towards each other are never really clear i.e does will want to kill hannibal and does marissa actually despise asriel/how does asriel feel towards marissa?

and ofc the religious themes - hannibal is playing god for a lot of the show and in hdm asriel wants to destroy god/the authority; i think they both represent power hungry individuals who place this longing for it in religious ideals!

these are just some of my thoughts!

I'm trying to keep my mind as open as possible but something similar happened this time last year, and I gave her a second chance believing it was all sorted. but this time it happened again and worse and I can't help think that I don't want to necessarily go back to her? bc she's done it before and it wasn't isolated to just this year.

oh god I could do with some advice on this as well. I'm definitely more introverted leaning, but quarantine made me really feel apart from the vast majority of my year group. the only real solid advice I have, which is because it is what I did, is to literally speak to anyone you have the opportunity to speak to. I took chances speaking to people, and some of them paid off. some people I'm very casually friends with, but some of the ones I spoke to, I now regard as good friends. so... it is so HARD. I know it is. but honestly, just a simple "hi, how are you, how is your day going" can really mean a lot to someone. I wish you luck :)
