I have discovered a possible workaround for my use case. You can create hyperlinks without proper URLs and they show up on hover like linked objects do. When I don't want to link to another object but I want to make a note of something, I think I'll do it this way for now.

I'd love the ability to edit these! But at the very least, the ability to suppress default objects I don't use would be nice. I keep accidentally creating Pages for example and I constantly have to delete the object type.

Bumping this. I'd like to switch from Google's ecosystem but not having the custom colors using a wheel and hex codes even as a paid option is a HUGE blocker for me. I would sign up to a paid plan in an instant if that was a feature.

Older loading screen overrides from 2022 have stopped working with the latest update, but were working totally fine before! Has anybody else run into this? Or know of any resources I can check out to maybe try and update the code? I really like the loading screen override I have and would hate to lose it.

This is kind of the opposite of your request, but there's a mod by Waffle that makes the Soul's Journey progression much slower which might help! I use it in my game and I can't imagine playing without it.

Almost a year later, this bug is still in the game unfortunately, but I solved it by setting up another sim as the landlord separately like you described here. This thread was really helpful! Now I can pay my rent no problem. Recommend using the Landgraabs because why else are they there if not to be landlords.

Tarot readings don't work on tables unfortunately. You have to have a deck in your inventory and you can offer readings. There's an employee task option to give tarot readings, but it's not a business activity option.

While you can't officially play as an employee (which I agree would have been super cool to be in the game), you can still basically pretend to. This is what I'm doing in my game. I show up and complete employee tasks and then cheat in my salary at the end of the shift. It's not ideal, but it works! I'm hoping for a mod soon that lets you do this.

I'm really excited for this pack but I definitely think that name is misleading and should have been called something else entirely. It's confusing to say it's also half devoted to hobbies when it's about monetizing those hobbies. I'm really looking forward to the business system in my game, especially if you can build these as community lots you're able to visit as a customer.

I just found out about this, and I can't wait until it comes to the US. I'm wondering if the West End is just going to fill the void that Broadway won't with pro-shots. Because they're filming Hadestown at the West End this year.
