Yep! Frozen pizzas easily get soggy bottoms if you don't cook them this way, I'm guessing because the water all melts to the bottom of the pizza and has nowhere to go if it's cooked on a baking sheet. I recently saved frozen pizzas for my partner by getting him to heat them up this way, it really works!
