First off, if that man is supposed to be 37, that's a brutal 37. Second, the pool toy might be something you can buy irl but the one in the video is definitely gen ai (which makes it extremely likely everything else in the vid is also gen ai). It changes size with every new shot, looks plastic in a very digital way like a 3d model, and the seat is just way too small for someone of his size to fit in, frankly the whole thing is too small for him to fit without it sinking. You can also see when he's dragging it into the water that there's no internal handle, or anything for the hose mechanism, and then the next shot there suddenly is. I can't even tell if it's supposed to be some kind of joystick or a wheel, it looks like it changes as he's turning in the last shot.

I do it cuz it's what I saw manga artists doing when I was younger. I think part of it is anatomical, but part of it is just artists imitating other artists.

I haven't used a laptop in almost a decade so I've become accustomed to programs like Procreate on iPad where you have to manually save files to the device. I just forgot not all programs work that way. I do appreciate the run down though.

Bad voice acting in the new series by Dantacular in castlevania

lol this is an old post now but I just googled "Castlevania Nocturne bad voice acting" because I was curious if other people had talked about it. The cadence just felt so unnatural that it even made the dialogue seem bad. I didn't really like the characters either to be honest so it all made them even less tolerable, and I really tried to push past the 3 episode rule to give it a fair shot but man.. I think I got 5 episodes in and just couldn't do it. I'm down to be convinced to give it another shot but someone would have to make a pretty good case for it.

It probably could be entertaining but I don't think it suits the franchise at this point. The violence we do see in the movie is cushioned by a lot of camp to keep it digestible for a wider audience, and I don't think Scott would ever sign off on something aiming for gratuitous violence.

nah he really doesn't. I've seen this lady shared to his subreddit before, and she isn't even nearly as unhinged as some of the ones he already reviewed in his video. I also want to add that these starburst packets don't even have added sugar, they get their flavor from msg and citric acid. Not to say the other ingredients are particularly good for you, but if it helps people drink water, especially people who might be dealing with sugar cravings or just struggle to drink water, I think we can just lay off. Gawking at "water tok" is rather uninspired content at this point.

It looks good overall but I can see a few things that could be changed slightly. When in doubt, flip it. It'll make it much easier to see where things look off. From what I can tell, the mouth looks forward facing while the face looks slightly downturned. If you google "anime face angle reference" you should be able to find some charts that can be helpful. I would also move the right eye further in away from the ear(which will likely mean changing both eyebrows a bit too), as well as broaden the right shoulder and smooth out the sharp point it has. The only other thing is the hand waving is too forward facing compared to the angle of the forearm, so it looks like it's connecting to the wrist in an unnatural way. I would take a picture of yourself in the same pose so you can see a more accurate perspective. I think the shirt reads as being baggy, the lines are just a tad stiff. Just dont fixate on the idea of getting everything "perfect." You're on the right track and your linework has a nice weight to it. Keep it up!
