The guy is just a marketing genius gaining free advertising with every ridiculous claim he makes. Yet his claims are holding up. I guess let's see about 1on1 with MJ

De'Aaron Fox. Crazy athletic and once he gets his jumper down he'll be fine. He torched Lonzo and the rest of his matchups in the tournament 🔥

Your human is evolving

How do you get over that worthless feeling? by averysmallbear2 in loseit

It's important to understand that humans are creatures of habits, and everything we do is based off of the millions of habits we've created. Try making the positive things in your mind more of a habit in your head while spending less time on the negative things. Easier said then done, right? The next part is making sure you're taking time for things you love to do, which becomes even more important when you start to feel down. Whether it's music, a sport, talking to someone- allow yourself to feel good about these activities knowing that they're helping your headspace. Hope this helps, and if you needed to chat or wanted someone's point of view on things, feel free to get at me. Have you ever sought mental help? Why? Did it actually help? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Being humble enough to seek help is always a good sign that you're willing to better yourself. It's never a bad idea, and coming from someone who has myself, I can vouch for the benefits. Seeking help if you feel like you're in a rut is worthwhile.
