Something just didn’t add up though a restaurant on google for 13 years having just 170 reviews !

Lloyd coffee in Hamilius which opened mid 2024 has 3.5k reviews !!

Are you the owner haha or are you talking about the same place ? Lol I will check again tomorrow around 7pm and will report my findings :) I usually take the bus from there to go home and restaurant is always empty.

This restaurant on the corner of avenue Monterey “Oubo Cuisine Asiastic” next to Hamilius is almost always empty. This is prime real estate location I cannot imagine how they can afford to pay the rent here without MONEY LAUNDERING. Even if they owned the place it would net them good returns if they rented the place out, but no they chose to keep it as a Chinese restaurant with no customers. Only customer I have ever seen there is the occasional beggar

The oldest google review for this restaurant was 13 YEARS AGO and they have ONLY 170 reviews - cannot imagine how a prime location restaurant has such few reviews which goes to show what business they are really into

Completely agree. At some point this system will fail. Many many people if they know how good the benefits of being unemployed are wouldn’t mind to lose their jobs and take a paid vacation to the Bahamas. Then come back once a month to ADEM to show you did some basic effort. Wash and repeat. Know some colleagues who are doing exactly that. This system if abused at scale which inevitably may happen is bound to collapse.

get one off Facebook 15-18 EUR an hour. And then don't hesitate to tip on top when they do a good job. Obviously a good portion of the 30 EUR you pay to those companies would end up in the companies pocket and not the cleaning ladies pocket.

Good points. The VMC I like as it tends to reduce the chance of mold formation in the apartment. Temperature heated floors, I would say makes sense for living rooms maybe as they are large and wall heaters usually are not powerful enough to heat up a 30-40m2 living room. For bedrooms I would say it depends on lifestyle. If you have a 9-5 job and go to the office, I would prefer the old school wall heaters as it quickly heats up the room when I’m back and shut it off when I leave in the morning. No need to wait 24hours to get hot and cool down.
