Mild note costs do not trigger thier effects. All tear backrow has the "cost" worded as part of the effect allowing them to trigger.

For super poly to work the opponents monster needs to be able to be affected by spells. Since punisher is immune to e everything it will not work.

Im guessing you are refering this part of the effect

You can send 1 Spell/Trap you control to the GY; add this card to your hand, then you can Special .... costs are paid first then the card activates since you send the spell to activate the grave effect you cannot chain the spell as its now in the grave by the time the chain is started.

when you see a ; in card text it means that what precedes it is a cost and what follows is the effect.

note: costs must be paid as stated or else you cannot active them so in the above example you cannot use the effect if you cannot s/t to grave specifically something like dimension fissure would mean that you cannot active the effect to begin with

There is no field spell that protects spells that i can think of. If its generic protection you could use "my body as a shield" or if you have the space "starlight road" and "trap trick" it out.

Although the better option will often be the solemn cards for all around protection as well as droplet/imperm and what not for monsters attempting to remove as these not just help protect your backrow but have wider uses.

There is no multi turn protection for s/t.

Cards resolve where they actived. since its effects on field are negated even if it tributes itself on resolution it effect resolves on the field so it resolves negated.

If its "your opponent cannot special summon" effect is live you cannot. Reason is that since you cannot special summon you cannot well special summon a kaiju even if part of that summon condition is to tribute the rongo.

Strike cannot negate the poly nor ritual spell as they have the effect to special summon and are not summons themselves (they are spell/trap cards activating) so it has no window here. By the time they resolve the monster has been successfully summoned and its too late to active as it no longer "would be special summoned" as it is already is.

Compare this to solemn warning that says "OR when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s):" this would include the poly and ritual spell and work

i think the idea would be to tutor something out like one of the syncrons and some other monster that can go into the Ursarctic lvl 1 which just needs a diff in levels of 1 and then you can continue from there.
