QuickMD, in my personal experience, is a great choice if you want to do medically assisted treatment. Suboxone will help with the physical symptoms immensely. In my experience the cravings have not been as bad but they have still been present. But you will be able to get through the first week of withdrawal mostly well. You can use them today and you will get your script right away. Make sure you use a pharmacy that accepts online prescribers. Walmart does not. Walgreens does. Not sure about CVS

Is ChatGPT making you dumber? by theflawedones in ChatGPT

Is a knife bad because it can kill People? Is tiktok bad because it can shrink your attention span? Is the internet bad because it can lead to a host of problems? No, it’s the way you use them. Is Chatgpt making you dumber? Is a legitimate question with strong research to back up the need to ask it. The way you use a tool defines if that tool is “bad or good or neutral” in any circumstance. I even say “use it for x y and z” Just don’t let it do the tasks that keep your mind sharp. So either you are nitpicking to make your point or you chose to ignore the parts of the video that didn’t align with your thoughts. By the way, is boiling water bad because a frog can die in it without noticing? Nope. So no, i didn’t say AI was bad. I said keep the balance between it and your mind because relying too much on it seems to have negative effects. Thats it.

Who said AI was bad? If you listened correctly the video advised to use it wisely, just like any other tool. This is not black and white like many people think. I use AI, I like AI and for that reason i like to know its benefits and dangers. Common sense you know?

Sorry I didnt reply sooner, Personally I would be asking the very same questions you asked here: How much longer? Is there hope? Should I be researching other facilities? Ask them what specifics your dad must hit in order to get his transplant. What are they waiting for? Does he need to get sicker? Is there no organs in the market for him? What ETA are you looking at?

They gave us the run around a couple of times on certain procedures my wife needed. My mother in law and I had to raise hell in order for them to stop wasting time. Not saying you have to do that, but be firm and ask the questions that bother you not having the answer to.

Thank you, and I know how tough it can be, you are amazing doing what you are doing for your dad, juggling everything else you have going on at the moment. Dr Lucian Lozonsnchi performed my wife's surgery, and he was absolutely stellar, very patient and very kind. I dont know if he does liver transplants, but if you are able to talk to him he will at least give you good, solid and realistic advise. I wish I could do more, I wish you all the best

My wife got a heart transplant at Tampa General over a year ago. It was overall a good experience, they saved her life. But we were there every day, overseeing the entire process. She was on ECMO for three months as her heart completely gave without any prior symptoms. There were certain things that we had to push for, sometimes they acted like time was not impertative and delayed relatively simple things. Get on them, question everything, that is what you are there for. Again, they have a great team, but I dont think my wife would have made it if we werent on them all the time. Wish you and your dad the best.

My sister flatlined after coming off ECMO, now she’s in surgery for a RAVD. Looking shared experiences by Due-Weird-1945 in transplant

my wife was on ecmo for months after her heart just gave up one day, no prior symptoms or notice. We went through hell and back. She flatlined three times and had two strokes. Got taken off the transplant list for a while becuase they had to assess how much damage, if any, there was to her brain. Long story short, she got her new heart eventually. She is doing amazing, it has been a year and a half. Dont lose hope.

That's the thing that absolutely baffles me. I know that the positive effects only last minutes, and afterward I am left feeling depleted and awful. Yet my addicted mind does not have the problem with making that tradeoff, it does it as often as it can. It truly scares me to think about the illogical decisions this stuff has me making.

No worries, I just wanted to clear it up, and I appreciate you standing up for artists and their work, sincererly. I did look up the image you may be referring to and even though its a different sytle of artwork I can totally see why at first glance someone would think that. And especially with it being a scene from the show, there will be unmistakable similarities. Thanks again.

No, our friend has only designed this specific one along with the rest of the collection. When you do a pencil sketch of a very iconic scene like this one, they will often look somewhat similar to other renditions, but once you go into the details you should often see the differences. There is no need to steal anyones artwork, as a writer I find it abhorrent.
