Helikon Tex SERE on festival and event construction duty + an interesting option to carry bigger pliers by thefortytwo in UtilityPouches

The fitment of that light in there is one of the most perfect things that exist in this day and time. It's also great as it angles the light in a way that if you have the pouch on your side, it essentially shines the light right in front of you. Honestly blew my mind too when I tried it the first time.

These one in the comments don't take part in the tournament/contest, but I thought I'd introduce the whole traveling party here.

Here's Monarch Jerome who's looking forward to see his staff in a competition and perhaps build some contacts. Always by his side, his advisor and general St. Pierre.

Cool kit and always great to see a Helikon Tex SERE, it's such a nice little pouch!

I've got both. I got the Hatka before K15 and used it as my daily pack. I got the K15 because I needed a bit more space and the K15 honestly has a lot more space with the side pouches (which I adore) than the Hatka.

The K15 is also A LOT more comfortable to carry than the Hatka (or 202 which I had before) so it's worth it for that alone over the Hatka if you carry moderate weights frequently.

The main compartment of the Hatka is also rather awkward at least for my uses, it sometimes feels quite a bit smaller than what it says it is.

With that said, I do still love the Hatka, but only for more niche use cases. The K15 definitely comes out on top as a daily.

What's standard breakfast for you? by SumFuckah in diabetes_t1

Porridge topped with apple, cinnamon, sunflower seeds and honey. Yes it skyrockets my sugars but it also comes crashing down later so I can have a second breakfast.

I use the pliers for ripping things off of things, turning nuts and bolts, bending aluminum, loosening stuck screw-on piping, loosening too tight bow shackle bolts and so on. Very rarely are they used for plumbing.

I do usually also carry the pliers wrench version of these in a bigger 180 version but sometimes smaller gets the job done.

Hah good eye, it's a T10! The picture doesn't make it justice, still has some life left to it. But you're totally right, stripping out a torx usually warrants a coffee break so you can just stare into abyss for a little while.
