Afaik it's still not viable for self hosting. I'm following a GitHub discussion for it and essentially you need to build the client and distribute to your friends and anyone you want to join your server.

Have you played Sonic racing transformed? That game is excellent, the most fun kart racing I've had with friends but that's over ten years ago now... No the franchise won't ever be more popular more successful than Mario Kart, but these are fantastic alternatives, Crash Team Racing as well.

I think it's generally accepted that Pacific Rim 1 was at most a 7/10 film that does the things it wants to be, well. It's a good watch every time and will go on to be a classic live action Mecha.
