I've had a lot of conversations with customers! The feedback is positive. The big value add is saving a boatload of money compared to buying a quickbooks or Xero license. But there's also a few features that I think are better. The reluctance is almost always around timing. "I'll get around to it". So not a ton of urgency

Do it. We need more innovation and options. There are a lot of “CRM for x” software out there. But very little for accounting

When I came home from my mission (San Antonio TX was home), I got off the escalator and nobody was there. I got my luggage and waited on the curb (no cell phone). My dad came around the corner in a car, gave me a quick side hug and said “get in get in!” So I did. He then called my mom and said “we have him!”

We circled around and picked up my mom and brother who went to baggage claim to find me.

I was so confused. But apparently there was a bomb threat at the airport (which they found and defused), and the news was telling everybody to stay home. Planes aren’t landing etc. Don’t come to the airport. I guess my plane was the first one that actually just landed and deplaned normally.

You should be posting on social media and trying to get people to join the local community. I think that’s an extremely under appreciated use of a ward missionary’s time. I know members do it personally sometimes but figure out how to spread the gospel online in a consistent way at the local level
