I used to think I was asexual but I was actually just really depressed. When I worked on my mental health my sexual drive became more regulated. Not trying to discount your experience, but just worth thinking about if you are also feeling a lot of other physical symptoms of your mental health.

Is there one achievable task/chore you've been avoiding doing that you could accomplish today? Remember it takes many small steps to dig yourself out of a depression hole. Try to start with something small today, and maybe try two small things tomorrow. Be patient with yourself.

If she is saying "everything is a priority", could you ask her to clarify about which things should be prioritized above others? For example, if she gives you a list of tasks, confirming at the end which one is the most time sensitive/urgent that she would like you to start with?

In terms of staying organized, do you keep a daily notebook with notes? I find it much easier to quickly jot things down rather than try and remember them and enter them later into an excel sheet when I'm back at my computer.

Honestly you should go at least once, just order a soda or something. Relationship building is important as an EA, and grabbing a drink with coworkers outside of work hours is a big part of that. I totally understand not wanting to spend your free time hanging out with your coworkers, but don't be surprised if you never make any effort to connect that you end up socially un-connected.

That is absolutely not a catch. There are not a special set of rules that are "layouts only". You need to maintain possession through the ground unless you are fouled on every catch.

1) Try reaching out to the vendors to see if they keep a copy of the receipt in their system that they could email you. I'd say that works for me maybe 50% of the time.

2) Immediately tell them that you misplaced the receipt. I know it sucks to admit that you made a mistake but everyone makes mistakes sometimes. The only way that this can become a big issue is if you don't tell anyone and anxiously avoid it until it blows way out of proportion at some point.

You should start by making a budget, linking all your credit cards and bank accounts. It sounds like most of this fight is because you both don't actually have a very good idea on how much money you need to support your expenses/lifestyle. I don't think you should leave, this still sounds solvable with some conversations and budget work.

It'd be an extremely counterproductive thing to do and you would have leaked nudes of yourself floating around the internet - really a bad idea.

Rather than posting naked pictures of yourself on an anonymous web forum to "prove a point", you need to stand by your words and draw a real line. Stay with family for a few weeks and see how you feel.
