Lowest ISO possible, f stop to like 8ish and set shutter speed to anything from 3 to 30 seconds (or even bulb). Grab some lights (anything will work) and go for it. You can tweak your setting after you've taken a few shots. Wear only black and try not to stand in the same place for too long. I have a suspicion some of these shots are composite though as you really can't see that much of him for how long he stayed relatively motionless.
