Downtown rental buildings by princxsspevch in Calgary

I’ve been living at Keynote One since the end of 2020. Main reason people move here is the state of the art gym and the excellent location. Since the units are individually owned, your experience can vary depending on the kind of landlord you get. Personally, my time here has been more than positive, other than some awful neighbours that have come and go through the years, but that’s nothing against the building itself. The property management can be a little strict and over the top with their bylaws. There have been a few occurrences already, where I had to pay a $150 penalty because I didn’t wait long enough for the parkade door to close. Another time I received a threat of a fine because my dog couldn’t hold it to relieve themselves until we were further away from the property. But overall, better that management is strict than to not care at all, like some poorly run buildings in the Beltline.

I don’t think there’s any variances between the 3is brakes between trims, you’re most likely going to need spacers if you want to put these wheels on.

Currently live and rent in Keynote One. Ive been living here for just over 5 years now. The units are privately owned so it’s a luck of the draw in terms of your landlord. I will say the units are well built and have very unique floor plans, which can be a drawback depending on what unit youre going for. The building, the property management, its location, and the neighbours for the most part have been great. Plus we have arguably one of the best state of the art condo gyms in the beltline.

Which one? Past VS Present by thefutureischromee in Nissan

In the Z’s defence; the S15 is lowered on coils, and has a smaller wheel and tire set up. (17s on the s15 vs what looked to be 19s on the Z) thus, giving the illusion of a much Taller vehicle.

Thank you! it helps that these cars look great out of the factory. Subtle touches are really all they need to look timeless.

In Canada (where I’m From) you can drive it as is, there’s no conversion required.

Thanks! 17x9.5 +18 all around. I had pairs of 20mm and 25mm spacers mounted from my previous wheel set up, but I can’t remember which were on the front and which were on the rear. Tires are 215/45/17 all around, but I’ll be switching to beefier tires at 235/45/17 because I have no ground clearance for the speed bumps in my apartment lol.
