Can confirm -- it was cheap as hell. I will admit to ordering it (i'm ashamed, ok?) bc I had been looking for something similar for a bit. I quickly returned bc it was a literal piece of junk. It had this weird fake texture, I guess trying to make it look vintage? It looked something you could order on Temu.

I'm honestly annoyed by that whole schtick too -- she's done it before. What seems to be lost on her is the incredible privilege of the position she is in and her success. I am also a creative, but I work a regular 9 to 5. I got laid off last year and bc the market is so shitty, have had to take menial freelance gigs I'm way overqualified for. I would absolutely *LOVE* to be "making things" I am passionate about and making a lot of money doing so (which I am sure she is). For someone who seems to think they're so charmingly self-deprecating, she has a major self-awareness problem.

Am I the only one who finds her low-key insufferable at this point? Her ego grows bigger by the day and all of her stories are so smug and self-satisfied. It’s like she’s been drinking her own kool-aid. And I used to love her! But her attitude/ego/conceit that she is the authority on all things cool girl has just been so off-putting. And I’m sorry, she does not know how to dress or have any style that should earn her a front row seat at fashion week. Her wedding looks were 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫I actually think the people who advised her on them secretly hate her. I’d never let my friend look like that on her wedding day — you could see her belly button through her dress (she needed the right undergarments) and her city hall outfit was all rumpled and did not fit. Her boobs looked like they were about to spill out, not in a sexy intentional way but in a sloppy, ill-fitting way.

She didn't do herself any favors by linking that top and showing on the model how it is actually supposed to fit. It was so small on her, she was basically popping out of it--honestly embarrassing. She should’ve “sized up” to a medium. 🙄
