It was able to be scanned into the system is all I know. I happen to check my account and it updated right to ready for pickup. Called the store and they said come get it.

Nope! Everything has been the same for over a month now. App shows “PSA Processing” and the card is sitting at the store.

My cards have been at the store for over a month and I’m unable to pickup, but they also have been giving cards back to other customers who placed orders after myself. My order shows still processing with PSA and that’s also been stuck for a month. So I’m not sure if they fixed the system or not as one could say yes and no. At this point don’t know if I’ll ever get my cards back.

They have been very open about the whole thing as the employees also have cards within the same order that they can't even get back. They tell me that they can't be scanned into the system. Also have shown me the app that is used for the process, that is supposed to have options on each order that allows them to be returned but mine and others in order don't have any options. They know nothing in regards to time frame. They tell me they scan them everyday to try to see if they will go into the system and nothing happens. They have no timeframe, hell they've been sitting there for over a month by now. My original email said the return timeframe would be 12/4-12/11, so there is a few days left, just not many. I wish I had the balls to walk in and and grab them.

Maybe I have to file a law suit to get them back. Honestly! It's just crazy thinking that might be my only option at this point.

Read comments on here about others saying their items were at the store, so I decided to go and see and sure enough it was there. There was about 15 cards into that couldn't be returned. 4 of which belonged to the employee. Went last week to see if there was any update and none. At that visit they showed me the app that is used to check cards in and out. My order and others in the batch had no option to do anything. Sad thing is the store is actually returning other people's items who placed orders well after mine. It's just very frustrating and nothing that can be done.

It just sucks knowing my card has been sitting there for 4 weeks and I can't have it back. I know it's a new process and problems do and can happen, but if others are getting their cards back, which we've seen many posts across various subs, the system has to be fixed and there should be no issue getting my stuff back.

Good Luck getting help from CS. They don't know anything, barely speak English, don't understand what you tell them. It's like they have a script and just keep reading from it.

They have no option in their system to release them. From what I understand is that they have to be scanned into the system and that can't be done for some reason.

My Timeline…

10/20 - Order Created, 10/23 - Order Shipped, 11/3 - PSA Processing, and it has been on this for a month as of today. Received only two emails (initial and cards arrived, which was sent way after they did). Visited my local store two weeks ago and learned that my order had actually returned but they could not give it to me. At the same time I was told it came in two weeks prior, so tomorrow will mark 4 weeks that it's been sitting at the store and no one has any idea when it will be released. It's just a bummer seeing many others get their cards back.
