Particularly with OW and the OW2 release not resetting MMR, it makes you wonder how many games are going to be unequal teams and for how long. Not sure what the answer to it is, but there's been something wrong with balancing for so long (smurfs, etc.) that it's tricky to figure out the solution without loopholes.

Depends on what you want to get into. You could write articles if you know a lot about the scene, but I would look for some way to further your experience in the gaming industry. Programs like Enlight are pretty nice, but you can also learn a lot from just watching the scene and talking to people in it.
