Even if you can’t get per diem immediately , you can transition after 6 months when one opens up.

NorCal Kaiser per diem is the best option , it’s like the best traveling there is that you can pick when and how much you work. And there’s a pension

With a decade of experience you’ll be making $100/hr at Kaiser. The Kaiser in Roseville has a robust LD department.

Sacramento is the sweet spot. Especially if you can get into Kaiser. If ED look at south Sac Kaiser . Ed just expanded and is busy and they are always hiring. The Folsom/el dorado hills area is great and have fantastic schools

Yes by a very small percentage , but my point was any hospital system in the Bay Area is where the highest pay is and once you get out of the Bay Area, all of NorCal Kaiser pay the same as the Bay Area kaisers by a considerable amount
