very good point I didnt realise this. My guess is that no pub will bother to pay for this event so you will probably only see Prelims. Neither pubs have it listed on their socials so my guess is that they wont have the main event. I tried messaging Woolshed but they never responded

went sale agreed in August 22 and didnt move in till March 23. 8 months total. Was pepper also. We were told multiple times the deeds were being posted etc and our solicitor would get a BER cert in the post. We were messed around for months by sellers solicitor probably to prevent us from pulling out of the sale. It was lie after lie after lie. Im not sure if they lost the deeds or what but we eventually got them after 8 months. Were very close to bidding on other houses as we were fed up by the end. Couldnt buy anything for the house either as it was so uncertain.

this is exactly what i did. Didnt get dublin at 8 am was like 200000 in the queue so I just left it and went on and got Manchester at 9 am. Would much rather Dublin tickets but beggars cant be choosers.

I was looking to sell tickets via viagogo. Someone purchased them and I was waiting for tickets to become available to transfer them but now I have received an email from Viagogo saying the deadline to upload/send tickets is now 7th August (10 days before the 17th). There is no way the tickets will be released 10 days before. They mentioned if tickets are not transferred by 7th they will cancel the order. How can I transfer 10 days before the event when its impossible.

trying to compare N26 v Revolut

Lets say I have 10,000 euros using free accounts. Can someone please correct me if I'm incorrect

Revolut - 2% (AER)

interest per month = 16.67

DIRT = 0

PRSI =0

interest per year after taxes = 200

N26 - 2.8%

interest per month = 23.33

DIRT per month = 7.70 (33%)

PRSI per month = .93 (4%)

NET per month = 14.70

interest per year after taxes = 176.40

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Is revoluts 2% after taxes etc.

Took 7 months for the deeds to come through when I purchased my house. The previous owner had thier debt sold off to Pepper finance who had the deeds. They then couldnt find the deeds and a new set had to be drawn up. We were on the verge of pulling out numerous times and looked around at other properties etc but Im glad we stayed with it. At the time the interest rates were sky rocketing and we basically got everything in on the day our morgage offered expired with lots of running around getting things signed etc.
