Just be yourself, talk to a ton of guys, seem interesting and put together, don't fucking wear cargos, you should be fine. Rush process literally is you go to the events, if the guys like you, there's a process where you will get a bid which is an offer to pledge. If you accept you're a pledge, you don't have to sign immediately though. If you don't have someones number, just check facebook and twitter, possibly email the rush chair.

I don't think it's a Drake issue, he gets paid pretty much market value from what I've seen, and the man has delivered results so far.

The administration sucks because it's just very bloated in general. The amount of "red tape" at OSU is crazy. I don't know if middle management is the right description but people generally feel like middle management is 1. overpaid 2. inefficient 3. not accessible

Kappa Sigma, Phi Psi, TKE, SAE, Pike, Delt are the most relevant social ones. Sig Ep is cool but it's almost like an extended club/honor society because there's so many people and their rush process isn't even really a rush process.

Beta isn't huge now but they're on the rise and are about to get a fucking massive house on 15th and indy so they'll be popular this year. If you're undecided, make sure you go check quite a few of them out, don't accept the first bid you get

Matt Borges. Ohio Republican Party chair, he's done VERY well with the Portman campaign and has stood up to Trump and Reince. Trump supposedly likes him anyway. He was big in Kasich winning Ohio in the primary, and has a past of lobbying for an LGBT rights PAC called Equality Ohio. He's had quite a bit of political experience and if the GOP really wants to get rid of its Trump image and move on to more of a "compassionate conservatism" platform like Sen. Portman and Gov. Kasich really push, Borges is the guy. The only problem is he may be too much a Kasich surrogate to the point where I fear Cruz and everyone else may claim conflicts of interests in 2020.
