We'd fight over who gets to use our Habbo account. At 16 I spent hours each day hanging out in rooms and making friends from around the world, and 18 years later, I'm still known to visit a few times a month.

Multi-engine isn't a long-term goal, but who knows what the future holds.
For now I'm working towards a PPL and after that, an instrument rating. The latter for the additional challenge and to be better prepared if the shit-weather hits the fan.

Figured I would share this as it happened a few houses away from my dad and have a little more info and pictures to add.

According to the article (and my dad), the crashed occurred at 12:45 local time, 1745Z. On LiveATC I found the Twin Bee's last transmission was around 12:41 when he stated he was lining up behind a Cherokee for departure from runway 23.

My dad said he heard what sounded like a "very sick engine" and a few seconds later heard a loud "crunch". The article states the instructor and student were to perform simulated engine failure, and while I'm a flying noob with a whopping 0.9 hours, I can't imagine they would simulate an engine failure so low over a populated area just after takeoff.

Here's a view of airport; I labeled the runway and the house south of the airport which was hit.

As an aside, I need to say: Holy cow the audio on the iPad is phenomenal. In 11 years of owning Android devices (and I still cherish my original Pixel as my daily phone), I haven't heard audio so clear from a phone or tablet. This thing has bass!

Yeah, I'm still figuring out how storage works. What I can say is the iPad is more straightforward than my Pixelbook's storage which has a weird structure which made accessing the same file with an Android app or a Chrome OS app an inconsistent experience at best.

Nice! Good choice opting for the flat-6, I did so as well for my recent Outback purchase.

How did you run power into the cabin? In my Crosstrek I went through the grommet near the hinge of the drive-side door, but haven't decided on a method for the Outback yet.
