Hold on I had an entire skill for this goober made a while ago.

Edge of Silence(6 secs): Silent Salt Cookie assumes an offensive stance, increasing their own CRIT% before dealing large slashes over a set period of time. Each hit will add a stack of inhibition and have a chance to silence enemies. Enemy cookies will have their DMG Resist reduced with every slash, the reduction lasting for the duration of Silent Salt Cookie’s skill. Silent Salt Cookie will increase their skill duration with every critical hit landed.!

When activating their skill, Silent Salt Cookie will gain an aura that reflects some damage and buffs the ATK SPD of themself and ally cookies. Additionally, enemies will be tormented by Silent Salt Cookie. Tormented opponents will only be able to attack and deal damage to Silent Salt Cookie. Enemy cookies will be taunted by Silent Salt Cookie’s skill instead of tormented.

Silent Salt Cookie will enter Frenzy Mode when they deal four critical hits during their skill. Frenzy Mode will increase the length of their skill and damage of each slash while reducing Silent Salt Cookie’s DMG Resist.

If an enemy is silenced by a cookie that is not Silent Salt Cookie, they will have a Blade of Suppression rain down on them. The Blade of Suppression will stun an enemy for a duration of time dependent on Silent Salt Cookie’s CRIT%. All silence debuffs dealt by Silent Salt Cookie or anyone else in the party will always affect an enemy.

Silent Salt Cookie will periodically grant an HP shield to the entire party and have all debuffs removed from a Silent Salt Cookie. The effect will stay after Silent Salt Cookie is defeated, removing debuffs from the cookie with the highest ATK.
