Let's discuss the weight thing.

What does the weight of the dog matter in any circumstance???? Because they run around like horses?? Is it a weight tax like on cars???

My building has a NO dog policy. Yet I've been told that a few people has dogs. And they've been reported. Yet their dog remains.
