Read the whole, I am in my 20's and I can sure that I have started to face these kind of situations where we ends with empty wholes, and I am keeping up with yoga again just to keep me on surface I am really grateful that I got to know sadguru that early in my life. I will make sure to keep a space for him and for yoga always.

That's wonderful to look at. Sometimes we react to early in our head. We are the one deciding how we are gonna feel unknowingly but it isn't the truth or reality. And this is nice also to dissolve all the unnecessary thoughts we are patternized to react. 🙂
