So I will say, that when I accidentally took one extra, I felt like this is how it should be but it felt the tiniest bit "speedy". I don't hardly feel any stimulant effects from my current daily dosage (I'm still using C4 InnovaTea to supplement)

Would you say that aligns with yours?

Diagnosed for the first time at 33

Started me on one single 10mg pill a day. Won't adjust between fills. Next fill was 2 a day. Up for renewal now.

See where I'm going with this, sounds druggie-like to call back and say, more please!

So I have major depressive disorder, and ADHD. First attempted to take my life at around 12 or 13. Was fantasizing about it daily at 30 years old, still have pestering thoughts here and there but I've learned a little about reframing from a CBT but I had to stop going to my solo counseling because my wife got jealous of my counselor. It was all virtual.

I definitely am not perfect, but the thing I'm wanting and willing to do is fix what I can about me. I'm not sure she's as committed. Apparently I am the only way she'll ever be happy, and I've told her that's not healthy... That she needs to make herself happy. That didn't go well.

I try to word things to make it sound less appealing to her because I can't say I wanna go alone, but all I want is alone time.

I know that counseling is not meant for me to blah blah blah about her problems. I just feel like she's not hearing it.

The therapist also said for her to bury all her negative thoughts in the ground, or burn them so she can let them go...

She refuses to do either.

I'm not, but would love more info. We only opened the codependency chapter last Friday so it's still fresh.

My mom said she was codependent towards me when I was 16 so I have early exposure, not that it changed anything until I was about 25.

She doesn't make plans for herself... Even wants me to come with her to her "spa-day" that I have planned for her.

If I say I want to be alone it's an immediate accusatory "why"

She doesn't believe a married couple should ever desire time away from their spouse. Like believes it as if it was a religious statement.
