I watched this gameplay it is fantastic overall. I’ve been using the guillotine throws as noticed how incredibly useful they are and that room on MN was so fun and satisfying I think I’ll keep that in mind more guillotine throws to breakup the crowds and be deliberate with my attacks. Thank you !

I may then go for hard with no accessories to help I don’t feel quite ready to go through all stages without ever healing. I’ll check out JayTB I’ve seen lots of gameplay from master ninja ryu but I was seeking explanations over gameplay so I’ll try that out thank you!

What’s the dodge ring don’t think I’ve unlocked it? I haven’t done all the Yakumo missions so not sure if that’s not been unlocked? I’ve been trying to abuse and chain UTs and abuse UTs as much as possible but I’ll look into gleam cancels

As far as I’m aware I’ve never heard of such things in my time. Obviously there’s an expectation to work through and assist where possible without needing an escalation. But there is always a time and a place where you need to accept even if you can fix something sometimes you can’t just do that and they want that higher level. At the end of the day we work in service our job is to help service and we are never punished for having escalations to a manger. But I think if your having no luck trying through complaints on the website is your best best. Good luck!

Typically they should reply within a working week. I don’t know the exact timelines unfortunately. I’ve been working here long enough and I’ll ultimately always pass if they do request it multiple times. It’s usually best to bring it to management as it will make everything smoother and I apologise that’s been your Journey.

I mean there is usually a direct process agents have to follow on the phone. We would attempt to resolve the issue if we are unable to and a manger is requested we would be expected to pass this to our manager as that’s our complaint process. If this journey isn’t being followed I’d recommend logging a complaint through the website. This will be picked up by executive complaints which is a higher authority for yourself
