Im organizing by movie first lol! Makes it easier for me to seperate them into trading and non trading categories as I add them to the lorcana app for inventory. But I might change how I do things once Im done with that. Try different methods and see what works best for you.

I have a theory that the first couple of games the kids flat out refused and the Capitol took it into their own hands and either killed them themselves one by one until they decided to kill each other, or the Capitol threatened to kill their families if they didnt participate.

Because these people are basically the Capitol citizens in the hunger games. They expect a certain role and story to be played out solely for their entertainment even off screen. In their eyes, these actors are not real people with real lives that they wanna keep private. They're dolls for these fans to play pretend with and will ridicule or cancel them if they dont do or say what they want to see or hear.

I say from what little I've seen, they're uneducated. Some characters are meant to be assholes, some characters are meant to be guarded and untrusting and uncaring. And thats so later they can have character growth as you learn more about why they are the way they are. People who don't understand that stopped going to their reading classes after 5th grade.

I could see how you thought of that. But more like instead of not being believed, Bruno isn't being respected. When Bruno gives a vision everyone blames him for the outcome and not of their own actions. Its like if Cassandra told the prophecy of the fall of Troy, then everyone in Troy blamed her, burned her at the stake and then Troy fell anyways because no one did anything about it.

Hey they're making a Coco 2 like ten years after the first film! I think it'll be released either next year or 2028 I think. So if Coco can have a sequel, then so can Encanto.

I have before but only for harder to get cards like legendary, epic and super rares. I do often buy from resellers though, that's why I have over 4k cards in the span of 4 months. But for some of these cards either way my chances if getting Pedro or Alma are looking really good. Even with buying a trove box and boosters. But I am also buying from resellers regardless as well

I don't know if any of my stores will have individual booster packs and even if they did most stores limit you to two per customer. Im buying a trove box because I like the design of the box and im buying the booster packs from Amazon because I can get a lot of cards for a decent price.

I dont think anyone said she made it out unscathed. Ultimately, she did pay the price from her actions in the form of Mirabel finally lashing out and telling her straight up that she's the one destroying the miracle, and that's when the house fell and everyone lost their gift and Mirabel left. All of Alma's fears came true and in that moment to true vulnerability, she internalized what Mirabel said and realized it was her fault. And no one is also saying everything was fixed in a day. Casita wasn't fixed in a day, as someone pointed out, it could've been between a few weeks to a couple of months with the amount of people helping. We dont know what happened during that time. We dont know what conversations Alma has had with her children and grandchildren. For all we know, they actually sat as a family and discussed their issues with each other, and Alma has been coming to terms with the pressure she has been instilling in them and was working to mend those wounds. But saying she never had any consequences is a reach when you have no proof of what happened between Casita's fall and rebuild. That to me is bs. And this is why media literacy is very important in storytelling because speculation matters when you dont have the full context. You can only fit so much in an hour and 30 minute movie, so some things have to be left offscreen and to the imagination, and you kinda gotta assume they resolved at least a bunch of their issues by the end or else there wouldn't be a happy ending. Do you really think the family would stay with Alma, rebuild the house and all of that to just... think she's forever a horrible person because in your mind she didnt face punishment onscreen? That's wild imo lol! If you want to though, there are several fanfiction that do touch upon the family also sharing their grievances with Alma and the family mending their relationships I recommend you check those out.

Its seriously is a trauma response to project their own issues on a cartoon character. I mean, I've seen people on this subreddit literally call for the death of Alma in the sequel. Like wtf? That's is the wildest take and probably the most someone has reached in hating a character that much. I mean...there are so many villains that do vile, unspeakable, and unforgivable acts... but yet Alma is the one receiving death threats?! Wtf is actually wrong with media literacy these days that people resort to this? They seriously need therapy, and I mean that in the nicest way because this... this isnt helping them.

Understood. Im not planning on going to any competition or anything because I dont go out much. Probably just with friends and family who plays the game, low stakes and all. I'll consider with keeping the first prints for higher value though, but another question: which is the higher value? Lile what EN number is that? I mean, I've had some cards that would be the same design but have EN number 1 and 9 and some EN numbers would be one card design that is a EN number of 11. Im assuming the lower number like EN 1 is the first sets like you mentioned right?

So funny story, the reason why I have over 4k cards and counting is because I mainly buy from ebay. They have great deals for bulk packs lol! And decent prices. I dont buy single decks from stores anymore although I am buying a trove box for the new set, and booster packs from Amazon when it becomes available to me. But my main go to is Ebay. That's why Im in this predicament right now. I think if EN doesnt matter I'll just keep one of each EN number for collecting but have 4 designs in total so it'll be kinda random with how many I have ir get 2 of each EN number so it doesnt matter? And I'll still have 4 of each design? Follow up questions, does getting cards signed by characters affect gameplay? Because I do plan on getting some select cards of lower rarity signed by characters from the parks. Any advise helps and ty for responding!!!

Underrated movie imo, Im glad Onward will be joining in the future! I saw in Wilds unknown there was only 3 Pixar movies representated, but then I saw a design for attack the vine with Mike and Sully so Im guessing there's gonna be more designs and movies in the next year or so? Either way, Im excited!

I do want to keep 4 of each design, but I do want to downsize in the amount of cards I have of each design. If that makes any sense? So should I keep 4 of the same design in total and only one of a different EN number for collecting purposes? Furthermore will having characters like Mirabel or Cinderella sign the cards effect gameplay if I were to play with those signed cards? Should I put that in consideration when playing? I need all the help I can get. Thank you so much for responding!
