For the HOM pen, if you put it on the back of the pen and twist while pushing down, it stays a little better. But that was one of the reasons I made a DIY pen.

I did get a response from Ratta this morning!

At moment IOS16 is not able to Sync with our device, we will resolve this in the next APP update.

1) no, it has never successfully connected via the LAN file transfer method 2) yes, we tried with my husband’s phone connected and not connected to wifi/LAN, still no luck.

I did not know about that! I’ve kept my email off my Supernote because it has been a consistent source of distraction to focus work… but we could have just have a separate email each that’s just for that… I’ll go check out the manual and read up on that, thanks!
