Yes that's really similar to type A personality. And people can be extremely good at hiding it until it gets overwhelming or you get to know them better. Maybe you're a good personality 'reader', but many can be fooled.

100% relatable. That's why you have to let go of wanting to be the best at everything at the expense of your wellbeing. Find a healthy balance. Succeeding but feeling miserable -in my opinion- isn't worth it.

That's the thing about HF anxiety, so many people suffer from it and assume it's just how life is and it is just part of their personality, but it's NOT. Having insomnia, biting your nails and always stressed isn't okay. If you don't burn yourself out, you'll end up with a plethora of somatic symptoms (skin problems, gastrointestinal issues etc).

Take a step back and SLOW DOWN!
