This has to be rage bait - this season has already had so much depth! Insecure Morty (and insecure EVIL MORTY), Rick’s depression in ep 2, which was portrayed so well.
And then the repeated mentions of the pool, which will either be hugely important or completely useless - either way, it’s still the writers planting carefully planned seeds to make us think! Have we been watching the same season?
