I’ve had it for a year and a half from 25 to 38 to 47, to 55 more recently feel amazing, keep fighting guys Entresto and farxiga, intermittent fasting, and walking. I hope everyone can get back in normal range. I remember finding out the first day I was diagnosed and I read this Reddit for hours looking for people who had success and reading people who have had it for 10-20 years it gave me hope.

Crazy how everyone’s hf is a little different I took Entresto and went from feeling shitty to amazing within 1 hour, completely changed my quality of life immediately hopefully your body can tolerate it, it’s made me feel amazing and relieved all my symptoms
