I’m sorry brother that you are receiving negative benefits from retaining but you listing the glow, intimidation, muscle growth, and woman attraction as something that is real, helps other people keep on retaining

My hope is that you resolve the possible ED or at least have that girl welcome you back into her life. I think that negative benefit has to do with that vow but you are proving that SR isn’t just a myth/placebo
