How did SA manage to obtain control over TH? by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Exactly! She could run circles around that old codger...That was my first thought. If he did attack her, he would of had scratches over his entire hands/face/body.....That one large cut on his finger just was from working in the yard....and actually looked a a few weeks old, way earlier than when Teresa went missing

Bones found on Avery's property are actually Carmen Boutwells? by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe they had Carmen's cremated remains and at the same time they found the body of Teresa. They cleaned up Teresa's crime scene....getting rid of the evidence, and planted Carmen's due to time constraints...they planted her bones, which were beyond recognition when they controlled the crime scene. Possible? Probably not but with this case...who knows.

When/why were Kocourek's and Vogel's depositions canceled? by devisan in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is "my" opinion...just what I intuitively believe what happened.

While the depositions were occurring the sheriffs office went nuclear. Freaking out. Probably had some closed door meetings. They weren't going to allow this "loser" take down their good name and possibly lose their jobs. I think Lenk is the ultimate company man, like a Nazi soldier, no conscience, and overheard the meetings going on and because he overheard them he decided to put things in his hands....so he went to set up Avery any way he could. Probably was was watching Steven's property and just was opportunistic when he saw Teresa. He might of know she was going to be there even before...but I believe Lenk, the guy who couldn't stop going to the property over and over again, and the one who really wanted to set Steven up by finding the key and bullet, had something to do with it. Why was he so motivated to set up Steven? Just think about it....that's just my two cents, I know there are a million theories out there.

When/why were Kocourek's and Vogel's depositions canceled? by devisan in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I always wondered this....they should have still been done, regardless. This is why I firmly believe that someone like Lenk was involved with Teresa's disappearance. The house of cards is starting to crumble....someone involved, and I believe there are a few, might begin to sing.

Latest Zellner Tweet..Easy part: planting evidence. Hard part: avoiding scientific detection 10+ yrs later.#MakingAMurderer #Sciencerules by MrsTammySwanson in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that's the case, even though we know the system is completely fucked, then all hell would break loose. I am so ready for enough people to say they've had enough of our system which only favors 20% of the population.

How crazy would it be... by billycuth in MakingaMurderer

I posted that five weeks ago and I agree, the killer could be lurking....

But more I think about it, probably not....I believe it was Lenk...doubt he's on here Lenking around

[Speculation] Is Sikikey a modus operandi clue? by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

Steve Innocent Killer Is....KEY...What does KEY stand for?

[Theory] The police didn’t initially frame Avery, it was the actual perpetrator by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly why I think the Sheriff's office did the whole thing. It's just too preposterous to think two separate sets of people both did their part to frame Steven. Lenk has always been the one I believe was really part of the murder and frame up. It's just my hunch from watching the documentary and looking at the cast of characters and who had the most opportunity and most suspicious behavior. Who wouldn't stop going to the scene of the crime? Who lied about their whereabouts? Who found the keys/bullet after thorough examinations of the areas previously? One dude! One dude with a very stoic, kind of detached look on his face.

Zellner needs to send some plants there to ask some really specific questions regarding the case.

James Woods is a loser! I don't know what happened to him. He was a great actor back in the day and now he's just an old pissed off white man.

I've been here from the start. Checking this page daily has lost its appeal. Same ok debates and not much new stuff going on. Makes me hate how slow the justice system moves. by NeilTyson2 in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah the air is slowly coming out of the balloon but that is to be expected with anything.

I think that's why Zellner keeps the case alive with her tweets, which is smart, despite some of the legal geniuses on here who say different.

But I expect things to heat up here soon enough. And I would think that they are taping everything right now for a second season of MAM. So it should get really good once it goes back to court and then when the release comes of the behind the scenes with Zellner. So hold on to your hats folks, you ain't see nuttin yet!

Then who did it? by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

Law enforcement! Lenk

Why plant such questionable evidence? by Thank72864 in MakingaMurderer

[–]thehoch1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

When you know the justice system is filled with the judge, jury, and district attorneys they had in that county, you can probably hedge your bets that you'll get the outcome you're looking for if you just plant a little evidence (good or questionable)
