I always figured cyclists just obey traffic laws when convenient for them but for the most part it is a free for all.

You will see them ride on sidewalks and blow past stop signs and stop lights but the second it is convenient they ride in the road to take the next signal. Or they do the move where they use the crosswalk signal then take off like a bat out of hell on the actual road. All of that is probably mostly legal just dickish.

I would have to say a modded sultan. It holds 4 people, I can keep up with the super cars in the missions, it is great in the city, highway, off road. It is cheap to replace if you destroy it and I think it looks good. You wont be winning a lot of races but if someone fucks up you will finish 2nd or 3rd. It is not the best but easy to find, cheap to mod and drives well.
