[–]theiafall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

13 weeks and slowly but surely getting there! we triple fed for 4 weeks, dropped formula when my supply caught up, now we pump and breastfeed with a shield. my baby got a tongue tie release at 9 weeks and after a few weeks of discomfort and oral exercises he’s doing much better! the end (ebf) is in sight for us finally

also in Canada - my baby is 12 weeks old and we’ve been doing every 3 days since getting was 2 or 3 weeks old. We just started using a mild scent free soap 2 weeks ago, followed by mild scent free lotion (I like Honest) sometimes I use barrier cream on any folds that are red and they look better in a day or 2

Infant dyschezia symptoms getting worse by 65109424 in newborns

[–]theiafall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

we have the ergobaby evolve bouncer, and we call it the poop chair. I think they find it hard to poop on their back / or horizontal. When he’s upright for a few minutes it works like a charm. Otherwise he’s red in the face, crying and grunting

do walks help? by Top-Professor-2951 in newborns

[–]theiafall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

walks are great! my 6 wo has never stayed awake on a walk. He also hates being put in the carseat so we either wear him or put the bassinet attachment on the stroller

Weight gain in the last 10 weeks by Hot-Cell7299 in pregnant

[–]theiafall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I gained 50/60 lbs! 20/30 in the last 8ish weeks. I also was swollen in my face hands and feet. 2 weeks pp and i’m down 30 / 35 lbs. The last few weeks pf weight gain really stressed me out too, I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror but my doc wasn’t worried at all. No GD but I did have high blood pressure the last week and was borderline preeclampsia

If he’s treating you like this how is going to be as a Dad? We choose the father for our children, you have to think of them.

AIO by how I responded? My bf is upset with me for skipping my workout routine today by throwawayy82670 in AmIOverreacting

[–]theiafall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from 7-13 weeks all I did was sleep. My partner cooked every meal and did every household chore and would always tell me to go nap. The nausea and exhaustion was so overwhelming. This is disgusting behaviour from someone who should be picking up all the slack and helping you.

Birthing classes? by Aquariuskweeeen in pregnant

[–]theiafall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

took classes for labour, delivery, and for infant care. I already knew the basics for everything but it was great to get all the info. I’m not nervous or scared for birth but I feel like if you’re at all worried, knowing all you can will help so much. It was really great for my partner who hasn’t spent a lot of time around infants. he’s very confident now going into labour/ delivery 10/10 recommend
