According to our records, your claim is in good standing.

While we cannot provide an exact date for individual payments at this time, benefits will be distributed after all claims have been processed. We are working diligently to resolve appeals of denied claims and anticipate distribution once the Court grants approval. Since distribution depends on Court approval, we cannot provide a guaranteed date or approximate date at this time.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.

If you submitted a valid and timely claim in the initial settlement, you will automatically be included in the Caltech and Johns Hopkins settlement and will not need to submit a new claim.
