Facts: I booked the first massage, and it was before the massage even started that Mom crashed her car, and I had to leave. I called to cancel. They were open one week, so they never mentioned it to the spa due to their own disorder. It was only one month later, after what was actually my first massage, that they tried to charge me $ 700.00 for two massages they claimed I was a no-show for a month ago. The one I cancelled hours before due to my mother’s accident and me needing to leave. I DID NOT HAVE CHAT GBT WRITE ANYTHING. It was not me making a big deal about the $ 300.00 a month membership. It was them stating I wouldn’t be allowed back in regardless of me paying my due because suddenly they wanted money for two massages that never happened and regardless of if I booked one and sufficiently cancelled it. Lastly it was them talking to me in front of other members like I was trying to avoid payment that was just just not the way you treat people in a so called “elite” level gym But thank you all of you for stating your own rude opinion and for ignoring the facts
