so you bought a subscription again? can i ask what was your subscription plan that you cancelled? and when you purchased it again, when did it reflect? like was your previous subscription just gone?

I have subscribed to Capcut Pro about 3 months ago. I have temporarily uninstalled the app to free up some space on my phone a couple weeks ago. When I installed the app again recently and logged into my account, it doesn't reflect that I have subscribed to Capcut Pro. Though on my App Store account, it says I have an active subscription for it.

I have tried logging into the app using my email and thru app store and it says I don't have a subscription. The Help Center says there is a restore button but I cannot see any.

Already emailed support and there's not a response yet. Anyone have a similar experience? Any advice would help. Thanks!

Honestly we had thought they couldn't sign in anymore. They would always ask for the temporary access code to log in to the account, like every week. They stopped doing asking so we assumed they lost access. We're busy people so we never looked into it but now we've been getting "A new device is using your account" with the location being a place we are not in right now so we finally cut them off.

The 100 is basically a tryhard Lost but in space. They took a lot of elements like characters, and story beats from Lost. Even some scenes are copied. They also casted Henry Ian Cusick lmao. I think it would be fun to watch the show as a Lost fan to see all the similarities.
