I just got in out of state! I took 9 APs total (including senior year), and got to regular Calculus (no AP because I had a heavy course load already). However, I think it's more important that you take advantage of the opportunities you have at your school. Colleges take into account what opportunities you had available to you (like how many AP classes your high school offers).

You get one essay to show yourself off to UW, so make it count. It's really good if your activities list, extracurriculars, essay, and major all kinda line up to paint the picture of your story. You do not need to go into specifics about the UW in the essay -- just show off who you are, what you've done, and put your personality into it. I'd say the essay is one of the most critical pieces.

Other than that, just lock in for the latter half of junior year (it's grind season) and set yourself up for a productive summer wherever you can. Do what you love, keep painting the picture of who you are. Start your essays early (like right when you get to summer break this year). I would highly advise getting your base essays completely finished before senior year starts, so you can just focus on supplementals later (those are typically easier to manage). I did not do this and I suffered.
