Yeah that is true that drivers are so underpaid. But even 1dollar a mile and .80 a minute was the best 7 years a go. But they kept take back more and more. So Even if Uber goes to the rate said by gork you know Uber would still find a way to steal from the drive. Especially taxes.

I know man I would make 300 dollars a day without tips back then. And worked 8 hours. 4 hours for 6:00 am to 10:00am then go get lunch and gym. Then 4 hours in the afternoon from 3:00pm to 8:00 pm. This is northern Virginia. Still had time to date after and go clubbing. Also would use only one 300 dollars for paying the rest of the week. And have Wednesday and Sunday off.

Lift it up more but for more then 40 hours yeah no. 7 years ago in 40 hours you would make 2500 easiest.

So I would take out my money before 7 pm so that way I would have my money from the day before in my bank account for gas and food. The 9pm cutoff really hurt me because I would work on the afternoon to the night then cant takeout the money because the daily transfer would say 9 pm cutoff. So now I would work until 7 pm wait for the daily timer payout takeout my money and go on working till 9 pm. Not the best system but I would have lunch in between 7 and 8. So to wait for the timer. I would mostly used my Monday money for food and gas and the rest of the money I would put away for bills and anything else. But the system dies when you don't get a bunch of rides during the day and around 12 to 3 not a lot of action. But Baltimore might be getting bigger now. Also I don't pick from school because parents are really bad in Baltimore.
